The Down East Middle School Student Council is preparing for its Boo Bash on Friday, October 30, from 3:10 to 5:10 p.m. at Down East Middle School. Admission is $5 and includes a slice of pizza and a soda. Students can also look forward to music from DJ Dracula and an afternoon of Halloween fun.

The Student Council is asking families and community members to help make the event a success. Donations of soda, regular-size candy bars, and individual bags of chips are welcome. Community members and businesses interested in sponsoring the event are also encouraged to get involved.

The Student Council extends a special thank-you to Smile Makers of Morehead City, NC, and Taberna Country Club of New Bern, NC. Both have agreed to support Down East Middle School Student Council as sponsors of the event. Their generosity—and the support of the wider community—helps students create fun activities and meaningful experiences for their school.

For more information about the Boo Bash, donations, or sponsorships, contact Student Council Advisor Chadwick Howard at Down East Middle School, extension 332141.

Thank you for supporting our students and helping make the Boo Bash a memorable afternoon!
